This is going to be more like a list, than an actual post. As I have been bust he last couple of weeks, and when I wasn’t busy, I took the time to be with my family over the holidays, so happy yule and happy new year.

Firstly, on the eve, of Christmas eve, I finished writing this years manuscript. It cam in just shy of sixty nine thousand words. I ran it through Libre office’s spell checker and then printed two paper copies the same day I finished it. One for my mother in law, and one for my grandmother, who has been a reliable, if slow beta reader thus far. A few days later, when spending time with one of my wife’s friends over new years I gave her an electronic copy of the same manuscript. Both my wife’s friend, and my mother in law have already finished reading it, and given me their thoughts on the matter.

I have made several executive decisions about the future of the book series, including things like kick-starter, Patreon and a book trailer to aid in my now confirmed self publishing pursuits of my sci-fi books. I have also started taking a second look at the old space man and rabbit series and begun editing them with my new method, to bring them up closer to what I consider my personal writing par, and started re-uploading those parts as they are edited under an alias at a new location, which I shan’t be mentioning here, for that would ruin the purpose of the Alias. We’ll see if the gain any momentum, and if an audience gathers, I will share links there to my as yet unpublished original content.

An idea struck me in the shower, and one night I banged out a couple thousand words, starting scene for one of the future books in The Descendant Saga. I have started reading the soul drinkers omnibus, now that my writing is done for the moment, I will begin consuming some fresh content and ideas to keep my literary machine lubricated. Lastly, I still haven’t heard back from that free lance editor I spoke with/about previously, I’ll write that one off as a loss. I will attend my local writing communities in person meeting for the first time in a long time, as life has kept me busy, and after I catch them up on my doings, I will ask them for advice on editors and self publishing.

I could keep going, but I don’t want to get too into the minutia and bore my non-existent audience.
